A $50.00 charge may be added on to venues with dim interior lighting or dynamic stage lighting.
Travel
For events outside of 50 miles from Indianapolis, IN, accommodation, food, transportation, and lodging expenses will be calculated at the time of booking.
Booking
Katheryn accepts a limited number of event painting clients throughout the year. This enables her to invest time into getting to know her clients and the event they are planning.
Two months prior to the event are required for Katheryn to gather supplies and prep the composition. A 50% down payment and a signed contract guarantees your date & canvas!
Prints & Additional Paintings
Prints of the event painting may be made as stationary, thank-you cards, and true-to-size stretched canvas. Upon delivery of the original painting, you will be given a high resolution digital image of the painting. Inquire for local printer recommendations.
Additional paintings created in studio based on photos from the event may be commissioned post-event. These framed 5x7” - 11x14” paintings can be unique thank-you gifts for family, coworkers, and close friends. Prices vary from $250.
